Retailers
If you run a store we track and would rather we read your catalogue less often, or not at all, say so here and we will comply. You can also refuse us in your site's own access rules — we re-check them regularly and stop at the next pass.
Reporting a wrong price
Data errors are the thing we most want to hear about. Include the product page URL and what you saw at the retailer. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, and the derived statistics recompute automatically once the underlying data is fixed.
What we cannot help with
We are not a shop. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order — those all belong to the retailer you bought from. Their contact details are on their own site.
